And so it begins ! My new independent consulting journey.

After months of thinking, doubting, seeking advice, researching and finally making up my mind, I've set up shop as independent / freelance consultant.

Providing direction, triggering change, coaching teams, running independent research and recommending the path forward, all backed by experience and hard data with a touch of psychology, are what I do well and what I want to do from now on.

Looking around, it's exciting to see the wealth of opportunities to do things better, to not settle for good enough, and to make things right in organizations.
